Svante Fredén has been making foldable reflector ovens since the 90s. It was during a canoeing course in 1990 that he used a homemade reflector oven. It was good for baking, but not for handling. That's when he started thinking about how to make one with hinges, so it would be easy to fold. The rest, as they say, is history.

The oven is made of aluminum and when folded, it is flat, making it easy to bring on a wilderness trip.
