Omnia Upper Oven Rack

This is an accessory for the Omnia Oven

Cook one dish in the bottom of the pan and another above it with Omnia's upper oven rack. You save gas, washing up, and valuable time. Depending on what you're cooking, what's on the rack can add flavor and seasoning to what's at the bottom of the pan.

Some examples of how you can use the upper rack:

Spread potatoes and vegetables at the bottom of the pan. Make small cuts in some spicy sausages and place the sausages on the upper rack. The delicious flavor from the sausages will then season the potatoes and vegetables at the bottom. Another variation is marinated chicken that adds flavor to vegetables and potatoes.

Another option is to oven-bake small sweet tomatoes at the bottom with oil and herbs while toasting bread slices on the rack above.

You can also cook a gratin or pie at the bottom of the pan and simultaneously prepare vegetables on the upper rack. Or why not a breakfast omelet at the bottom while the breakfast bread finishes on the rack.
